How many reps you've done is how many repetitions of the same exercise you have completed. Comes into the question of how many sets you will do, which is how many lots of that amount of repetitions you do. The trick is to do many sets and many repetitions.

When you are set on something you are determined to go after the goal until it is in your set and you are set with it. Set on a goal until set with it being achieved.
